Recommendations for a Call-Accounting System

Greetings. Could someone recommend a Call Accounting System that works well with IPO?

As much as I hate to agree with a competitor; Datel's Call SWEET is a nice product and they are a dev-connect with Avaya, best of both worlds.

Do any of your clients use Authorisation Codes for dialing out along with the Call Accounting System?

I ask because all our customers do but we cannot get reports based on Auth Codes because the Tapit software (ver. 4.1.8) seems to be reading the Auth Code Valid field for the Auth Code field.

We have contacted Trisys several times but got no response.

Sorry to be naive but what is an accounting system exactly?
Does it load with IP Office and keep track of each users calls. Right now I just use an authorization code at the end of lond distance dialing and everyone is comnplainig about it. I need a better solution.

Yes it will track calls by extension or many different ways. There are all different products depending on your needs. What country are you in??

Sorry superikey i am not sure how much it costs. They have all different packages. you can get it with real time stats. like CCC.

Hi Kwing thanks for your reply. I am in US (NYC) and would like to find out about setting up an accounting system. I would like to be able to see the costs associated with each of the extensions. Right now I am using access codes entered for Long Distance and outside of region dialing. All the users hate it and I need a better solution.
