Recommendation on laptop encrytion software

We are in the midst of looking into encryption software for some 50 - 60 Toshiba laptop computers in our organziation.

Can anyone recommend some encryption software that they have used and found successful. We would like to encrypt or secure the "entire hard drive" of these machines.

Any comments or thoughts would be appreciated.
