We are looking for a good Enterprise virus protection solution. We have 36 remote sites connected back to our main office connected over Point to Point 64k lines and one warehouse connected over 1 T1. We are looking for something that will be easy to administer and push updates to. We have a total of about 300 Pc's in our company. Any reviews on any products would be great.

Thanks

I've not used it but Sophos has an Enterprise Edition of their software. We've been using Sophos for a number of years and really like their support and products.

I like Sophos as well but we have had problems with the Mail Monitor portion. When pushing updates to the Server that houses Exchange 2000 the Exchange Server would hand when automatic updating was set. I had to take out the automatic updating and now have to manually do the updates and even then sometimes the Mail Monitor program would hose and I have to reboot our mail server. Have you ever experienced this 2ffat? Or perhaps you don't have the Mail Monitor?

But the Sophos Enterprise Manager if used for just your servers and workstations(minus the Mail Monitor program) works great.

We don't use Mail Monitor. We outsource our email so we don't have to deal with it. :)

We use McAffe EPO version 3, it seems to do the job, as with anything it has its own unique way of doing things but it works well for us over the same number of sites as you

We also use McAfee w/ ePO across 50+ sites. Works fine. Like anything you choose, there will be a learning curve in setting it up, but once it is place ePO is very simple to manage.
