Hello All,
I hope I explain this correctly. I use Access 97 (Win 98 se) quite a
bit at work. For the most part you can point a click your way to
some fairly complex applications but there gets to a point where
knowing VBA must make you life a little easier. I have a number of
books but most want to take you cover to cover, usually using one
sample database. If what you're trying to do doesn't match the
sample database, there is limited utility.
Does anyone know of a book that approaches VBA from a conceptual
point of view. In other words, you know what a database is and you
can get your way around Access, now here is how you can use VBA to
enhance and improve your application. Subscribing to this group is
helpfull but a lot of what gets posted is way beyond my
understanding. I'm sure there are a lot of people in the same
position. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
TIA
Ed
