Recommendation for best DSL VPN Router for i2002?

What is the consensus for the best DSL VPN Router (<$300) for a single remote user to use to connect a phone to a BCM from a home office over a 3mb DSL line? (1 phone, 1 laptop)

The endpoint is a Contivity 1010.

I have used the Contivity 221, Fortigate 50A and Linksys BEFVP41

I haven't been overly satisfied with any of those three.

I suspect there are a lot of options out there, im curious what some of the "mid-low end commercial grade" options are.

Why were you unsatisfied with any of those 3? I use a 221 at home with an i2004 and it works great! I use a BSR222 on the road (hotels, customer networks) and it too works great.

I had QOS and traffic shaping problems with the 221 over tunnels and generally felt the box was overpriced. Additionaly I understand that its not even Nortel its a 3rd party product that is re-branded.

The Fortigates I have (FG50A's and FG60's) work well, but they can get flaky and those models are EOL

The 1 Linksys BEFVP41 is a consumer grade and constantly needs rebooting. I think this an old model, there are much better linksys ones out there, but Im not that famailar. hence the reason for this post.

I think the BSR222 is a great product. It's easy to set up and mine has been ROCK SOLID.

Can't answer the branding thing, but with my 221, the only issue with QoS that I have is external to the tunnel and no VPN router will solve that.

Regarding Linksys, all I can say about that is run. Run fast and far.
