Recommend Sniffer Pro settings

Hi!

I have a laptop with Sniffer 4.50.04 running under Windows 2000 Pro (Service Pack 2). I wanted to know if anyone has documented any recommended settings for Sniffer Pro. An excellent example/tip was SteveP's short, but concise explanation on how to setup a Broadcast Storm trigger. Any information like that in one place can be valuable.
