Recommend me a good equipment

Hi everybody. After having really serious problems with digital trunks I am looking for a digital trunk analyzer. I work with Nortel systems (BCM and Norstar), and as I am in Mexico City, I work with R2 MFC E1 most of the times. So when we experience problems with the voice communications we would like to have this tool in order to be more capable to solve problems. Can you recommend me a good equipment?
