Recommend external Harddisk Storage.

I'm running out of harddisk space for HP netserver LC2000, raid controller is HP Netraid-1si. My drive bay was fully populated, so I'm thinking of NAS or external harddisk storage. I'm more interested to external HDD storage. Can anybody recommend a compatible model, if possible with a part no.
