We are the publisher of labor law posters, using HP Plotters to print a range of poster sizes averaging 18" x 24". While we typically print our posters branded with our own logo and company information, we also white label our posters for our increasing number of resellers.
Our dilemma revolves around the fact that our posters routinely update. One poster to update is not an issue. However if 50 plus resellers have that poster we are in updating hell.
We need a solution which would allow us to dynamically insert white label info onto a poster before printing. This variable data would be hi-res artwork. The variable data would always be located in the bottom right of the poster. A library of private label artwork from which we could select from prior to printing would be great.
Can anyone recommend a solution which would allow us to both control our printers and manage variable data as images?
