recommend a place to snag a used Phone 16 or Phone 30?

I am trying to help out a non profit who had a phone 16 die. Looking for a place get a working phone 30 or phone 16? if you have one to get rid of let me know. Or where to maybe buy used?

I might take a look, but since we are located in Amsterdam, taking the module to Kiev is a bit of a struggle these days.

Assume you are looking at an 500V2 but some 400 modules work and might be cheaper

Great idea on looking at a 400 module. I never considered that, but since the software is 9.1 that will be an option.
