Recommend a good Training / Reference book

I am new to the Nortel PBX.
Can any one recommend a good Training / Reference book on
Nortel’s Option 11.
I have the administration guides but would like a book that has a more plan language description of the various features and how to implement them.

Nortel has a familiarization course that whould be a start - you can order it on a CD. The software Feature guides can also help - they give detail info on use and program. If you have an Idea what you want to do you may find it in these books.
