recomended specs for vmpro

were upgrading to ip500v2 r8.1 preferred edition. i have the info for min specs but i cant find recomended specs in regarding to attached desktop/server for vm pro. also is it possible to use windows 2007 sbs, i have one lying around collecting dust.

If you use the SBS server make sure the DHCP server etc is off or it will use the same ports as VM Pro and trigger much head scratching for you :)
