We are a new Avaya partner and are looking to get more techs trained on the IPO.
My lead IPO tech has a background in networking and was able to pick it up fairly quickly. He has installed several different configurations and has not had any major problems. He seems to think that the techs with no networking background will have a hard time learning the IPO setup and config. Can anyone recommend an entry type online networking class?
Thanks in advance for your advice.

Take any courses such as Cisco CCENT or Network + track and your techs should be ok . Tech should know VLAN concept , subnetting , DHCP , static routing, and some basic Cisco switch setup if you are going to gain business with large clients . Mom & pop clients are still pretty much digital .

My 2 cents
