Hello all, I have a customer with a IP406v2 3.1. When the user calls any number that requires entering a digit to get to another menu, or anything requiring entering digits, the AA that is called does not recognize the digits and the call hangs. This also happens with the user's own system voicemail(embedded). I tried changing phones but it still happened. The way I fixed it was by changing his ext to a new ext. Luckily they didn't mind changing exts. They only have about 8 phones in use. Any ideas why this would happen?
