Recipient user name not unique. Several matches found in domino direct

Hi

Any help much appreciated here !!

I have just discovered a error when sending a email to a particular address.

The error message that i get is "recipient user name (email@address) not unique. several matches found in domino directory."

like i said any help would be greatly appreciated.

Running Lotus Notes 6.5

You may have more than one person with the same alias in the directory.

Hold Ctrl&Shift and open the Domino Servers Address Book. Still holding Ctrl&Shift click on the now not hidden ($Users) view. Look through to see if the name you are having the problem with is duplicated anywhere.
