Recipient tracking from Information Store

I am running NT 4, SP6 Exchange 5.5 SP 3.

I need to track all e-mails sent to a particular recipient. My logs only go back to 10/29/02, but I need more detail than those logs provide. Is there tool or procedure to search the private information store for any e-mail sent to a specific recipients address?
