Hello!!
Our CIO has an interesting request...
We are using Ex2003 with Outlook 2003 and 20007...

Is there ANY way for either Outlook or Exchange to notify (e.g. pop-up or sound, etc.) the sender if an email contains specific recipients- based on their domain name? Kind of like a warning for the sender before he/she sends it.

Regardless, if the sender wants the recipient in the TO field or not, the sender should be notified somehow before the email is sent...

Thanks for any suggestions...

Brandon

Thanks, 58Sniper!

We are in the middle of planning our 2010 Upgrade/Implementation.

Outlook can do it, but not using rules. You have to write some VBA
