I have created a recipient policy called @aruba with the only difference with the default ones setup from Exchange is this one has an extra smtp address @aruba. This is a name of an Exchange server that all in coming e-mail goes through first.
We have multiple e-mail addresses and they are all routed to a sendmail server first. The senmail server then strips off the address and repaces it with @aruba.
All mailboxes need this address to they can receive mail outside the company.
I have set the filter for all users on that Exchange server.
The policy is not applying and am receiving no error messages.
Is there something that I have done wrong.
Any help/suggestions is most welcomed.
