We have several recipient policies set up and I wish to set up a new one to test how much space could be saved by deleting mail older than a certain age. To do this I intend setting up a policy to apply to all mailboxes and process mail older than, say, 6 months. I only want to produce a report in the first instance, by choosing "Report only" from list.

However, all the other policies are set by default to "Report only" with defaults of age = 30 days and size = 1024Kb. If I run the mailbox Management Process, these other policies are going to produce reports which will mask the report I am looking for (and slow things down).

Is there any way to ensure that the Mailbox Management Process only runs against the policy I want?

Thanks

John.
