Hello,

We have a small network of 19 users.

When we send an e-mail using Outlook 2000 and click on "To" we get the list of individuals within our company (ie. colleagues) which are stored in the "Global Address List". In order to get the addresses of outside e-mail addresses (ie. suppliers, etc) we have to click on "Office Contacts" which is our company shared address book.

Is it possible to have an outside supplier listed in the "Global Address List" along with my colleagues, as there are some suppliers we write to regularly and wish to include them in some of our e-mail groups (which we use for sending the same e-mail to lots of different people at once).

I would be grateful for your assistance. If you need any further info, please just ask.

Regards,
Jay

Use the New /Custom Recepiant and choose internet address.
I think this will do what you want.

Hope this helps

Hello,

I'll give that a try tomorrow and let you know if it does the trick!

Thanks.

Jay

Hello,

Thank you so much for your assistance. I KNEW it was possible, but wasn't sure where to look.

So I've now used it to set up 2 additional e-mail addresses on our Receipients list.

Aren't these forums brilliant !

Kind Regards,
Jay
