Recipient limit on sending Web Page?

Hi,

I'm using Outlook Express 5.5 on Windows 2000. When I compose a new email using New Mail > Web Page... the maximum number of people I can send it to is 8. So when I have 50 people to send it to, I have to do it in blocks of 8.

Why is this? Is there a way around it?
