Recieving the mails from internet

Hello,
I am using MS - Exchange 5.5 sp3 as a ,messaging server. I configured ims on exchange so that i can send the mails to internet. But i am not able to recieve the mails from internet. i used ETRN and TURN protocol in IMS. But the ISP is not supporting these protocols. How can i download the mails using IMS from internet. Is there any application / utility available on the net to download the mails from internet and it should move the messages to users respective mailbox which is configured on Exchange?

Please help me to solve this problem.

I am using Dial up connection for connecting to net.
