I know that this problem has been dealt with before, but none of the solutions work.
A client is unable to recieve attachments from ONE of his contacts. When he tries to save them, all he gets is an image which is in the message signature and none of the actual attachements. He can open the attachements by double clicking and then saving them, but as the messages (which are actually from his own office) often have multiple attachments, he just wants to save them directly to his hard drive.
If I recieve attachments from the same email address, I can save them without any problem.
My client seems to think that the email server (communigate) is the problem, but I can't see why as I have no problems saving the attachements when I recieve an email from the server.
All his other contacts are fine, he can save the attachments with out a problem.
