What is the goal in this, to help us decide what is good for this or not, and what is the target audience, IT staff, Business staff, users etc?

Its for users and some new recruits that i have to train.

I just have to give basic idea about the architect of all these switches.

I'm not sure new users or new recruits need to know anything about "Architecture". It is a phone system. It is a way to allow many people to communicate over a limited number of telephone company resources.

Here are many guides on how you administer it: http://www.ghtrout.com/introverlay/

When you say "Users" - if you need to tell them how to use the phone, just Google https://www.google.com/search?q=Cs1000+user+guide

I have followed your posts from the past. Thankfully, the teacher only has to stay two weeks ahead of his students.
