Recertify ID in Lotus Notes 2

I have recertified all our Lotus Notes users in the office.(Approx.100) I did not receive any errors while recertifying. I have about five users that are getting a message that there user ID is about to expire. I've tried recertifying these users several times and they still receive the message. Using Notes Ver.4.6

Do they send a request into you (ie Request new certificate) - or do you perform a manual recert on their Notes ID? Lamaar75@hotmail.com

Hi Lamaar, thanks for your quick response. I perform the manual task of Recertifying the ID's.

Check what certs are in their ID files. They've probably got old certs or different certs from the certifier you're using now.

I'm having the same problem with 3 users. I've recertified everyone via the server but there are 3 who it just won't work for. There are no other certifier id's then the one i use. I checked their certifier and it is in fact that account I am using but the date is wrong. Any help is greatly appreciated ASAP as they can't access their email!
