Does anyone have any ideas how I can handle this? We most people in our office page, everyone can hear them, but when the receptionist pages, she is very quiet and hard to hear.
Because everyone else is quite loud when they page, I don't want to turn the speaker volume up. Our receptionist is a quiet talker and doesn't believe that she needs to talk any louder.
So... I'm trying to figure out if there is a way that I can make her (or anyone else using her phone) sound louder both to callers and when paging.
Any ideas?
