Receptionist not having a line to call out on 2

We have an IP Office 412 and our receptionist has 4 lines show up on her phone. Occassionally all four lines fill up and she has to park someone to free up a line so she can place a call. I understood that the fourth line you could use to only make outgoing calls, not receive any for this purpose. Is this something you have to setup? Can I disable incoming calls on the 4th or even 5th line?
 
Put RESERVE_LAST_CA= in the source tab of her phone.
That will reserve last line for outgoing.

For IP Office 4.0 and higher this option has been replaced by a Reserve Last CA option on the User | Telephony tab.
 
Putting it in the Source Numbers did the trick. Thanks to all...
