Receptionist Console 2

I know I could mock this up on our demo kit but I thought I'd ask here first.

1) Can the reception console display calls waiting in a Hunt Group?

2) Can the console display messages waiting in a Hunt Group mailbox (that's assigned to the reception phone)?

1) yes that is called queuing and you can have 7 queues so it is limited.
2) softconsole can see voicemail messages for users but i am not sure if this is also the case for group voicemails but i think it can.

2) yes - set HGroupName in source numbers as normal

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
