Hello there,

I cannot get my head around the following issue. At the moment I do have 6 phones registered under 22-04 as ring group 1 and yes if someone calls the main number all 6 phones do ring BUT, if one call is in progress already on any of the 6 extensions then the second call rings only on main admin phone ext 150.

How to set up a ring group even if a second call comes in it will ring on all RG1.

22-04
Ring Group 1: ext: 150,151,156,169,170,174

22-11
main number: 90201001
target 1: 300

11-04
VEP 001 -> VE 300

12-05
300 -> night group 1
150,151,156,169,170,174 -> night group 1

No idea what to do next, went setting by setting so if someone could help me navigate that would be amazing

If you want all of those extensions to ring for the main incoming number, then change 22-11. You either have a PRI or SIP trunks to use 22-11. Delete the target in the table that has 90201001, then set transfer target 1 to 1 (ring group 1). This points the call to 22-04 and all members inside.

Hi Belevedere,

You are amazing... thank you
the trick for 22-11 change "Target 1" to 1 which is a ring group 1 worked!

Have a lovely day

Regards,
J
