Hi guys. I have a customer has a branch lsp G450 and voicemail server is in the main site.
The huge calls are going to reception.
Reception phone is 9611g sip with bm12.
When the reception tranfers calls to user's voicemail and it cause the huge lag.
When caller press 0 on voicemail recording back to reception, there is huge lag too.
You guys know how to get this lag?

Appreciated.

In AAR, when you go to voicemail, what's your "calltype" set as? And what kind of timers are in system parameters features? It might be waiting for a timeout value thinking it can accept more digits instead of just going. "unku" in AAR is what I believe we should use for SIP voicemail systems. Also, is it MM, CMM or AAM?
