Recently upgrade an IPO and UC module from 9.1 to 11.0.
After beating my head against the wall for hours and using all the advice I found on here, I finally got it up and running. The only outstanding issue is this... VM to email doesn't work. I see the SMTP sender info in VMPro still seems to be populated and user email addresses still exist. But test VMs dont get copied to email it seems. I fired up monitor and cleared all filters but SMTP and when i make calls and leave messages nothing shows up with just the SMTP filter Checked. Is that normal? What issues might that be pointing towards?
