I've recently passed a couple of MCPs. - i've sent off for my welcome pack....

but aren't I supposed to get a certificate for each exam?

is there an online resource that shows who is certified?

I've been looking around my profile at but I cant seem to find anything there?

Thanks for any help offered.

You get one certificate that says you are MCP certified. You can print your MCP transcript to show what exams you have passed.

Okay - i've found the transcript, & didnt realise a hard copy of the cert will be sent with the welcome pack -thanks

Also when you get your welcome pack you will also get your MCP card. Your employeer can call the Microsoft MCP Verification number at 800-636-7544. It will prompt them for the MCP ID number from the MCP card. You can also get the number from your transcript on the web site.

Can can also create a link to the MCP site that will show your credentials. This can be given to your employer. When you log into the MCP secure site, go to View MY>Transcript Sharing Code.

Oh okay.

I thought that was a 'member only' view, to which jo public couldnt access?

Only people with your code can access it. You have to give the link and the code to your employer.
