We recently had to reboot our Symposium 5.0 as the voice segments were not playing. The reboot solved the original issue.
Now I notice that since the reboot reports in 'Real-Time Reporting' are showing * UNKNOWN * for the Ans Skillset in the RT Display.
Does anyone know what might be the cause of this issue and possibly how to correct it?
