Receiving Unknown NDR Error Code

Anyone have any ideas for the following error message. This is a first to me and have no idea what it means or how to fix it.

UCE - sounds like a spam blocker.

There are spam level filter levels within exchange that deny suspected spam and or Unsolicited Commercial E-mail (UCE).
The reciepiants email administrator must create a rule and or adjust the filtering settings for what appears to be server apxexsvr01.
