I've found this below

Problem
When running reports, getting an error 'failed to get report details' near the bottom of the screen.

Answer
This issue can be caused during upgrade to Avaya Aura Contact Center 6.2, if the RCWUtility updatepath command is not run after installing Crystal Reports Server Embedded 2008 SP4, or after rolling back to Avaya Aura® Contact Center 6.1, and installing Crystal Reports Server Embedded 2008 from the AACC Installation DVD.

You may be able to recover by running the RCWUtility command. Open a cmd window and type the following text:

'<installdrive>:\Avaya\Contact Center\Manager Administration\Server\RCW\bin\RCWUtility' updatepath.

Where <installdrive> is the drive where CCMA is installed. ( Usually D drive )

Press Enter.

If syntax error is output,{The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.} then it may be necessary to navigate to the BIN folder from the command window and run the RCWUtilty direct from there.
ie
C:\Users\Administrator>d:

d:\>cd \Avaya\Contact Center\Manager Administration\Server\RCW\bin

d:\Avaya\Contact Center\Manager Administration\Server\RCW\bin>RCWUtility updatepath

**This command is not service affecting. Close all CCMA windows and re-launch before testing.

Problem
CC6 Multimedia Unable to Run OutBound Rreports from CCMA . Error

Answer
Unable to Run Historical Reporting ( Outbound Report ) from CCMA you get the following Error :

There is an error while connecting to the data source!ERROR:Unknown!Logon failed. Details:01000:[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] The driver doesn't support the version of the ODBC behavior that the application requested (see SQLSetEnvAttr).

To solve this issue, you will need to perform the following:

1) Connect to CCMM server and launch CCMM Administrator (SysAdmin/__ccmm!). Under 'General Administration' choose 'Reporting Credentials' and reset the password for mmReport to mmRep

2) From CCMA, configuration, edit the CCMM properties to have the same user pwd: mmReport/mmRep

You should now be able to to run the Outbound Reports.
