I have a client who wants their customers to be able to initiate a new text when they need to cancel an appointment and send it to the main number of the business. I see VoIP phone service providers who also support SMS Text. If I port their main number to a SIP provider, how would I then integrate an incoming text so that it appeared on the phone or somehow made its way to email by being relayed by the IPO. Does anyone think IPO can support the SIP providers SMS Texting? How could it display to the IPO user? As a BP of site based hardware, it would be good to know how we position on items like this.
2nd question: Unrelated to the above, for just regular voicemails left in the system, any thoughts on a program that would take the emailed .wav file of a voicemail and convert it to readable text in an email?
Thanks
Mike
