Receiving multiple calls on 7324 through PRI 2

After an MICs (w/PRI) system crashed, it was re-programmed and came back up, however the Incoming calls into the PRI will ring line one of the main recept console (2221). The 2nd incoming call into the PRI will then ring on line 1 of the 2nd recept console (2222).

Prior to the crash, the main console (7324 w/ CAP) was able to receive multiple calls on buttons 1 - 8.
The main DID (8464) is set to 1st Target line. This target line is showing up on both consoles on button 1. How can i fix it so that the additional calls roll over to the 2nd through 8th buttons on main console. I attempted to program the next Target line onto button 2 of main console, but this didn't work or I missed something.

when you view the target line assigned, make sure it is set to appear & ring, press SHOW and change the number of appearances.

in capabilities check the forward on busy of 2221. it should be set to none. it sounds like it may be that you have the forward on busy progamed on 2221 set to go to 2222 and the second call is rolling to 2222. if you set it to none the the call will still ring on 2221 till the forward no answer makes it roll.
