We are having an issue with one domain that can't send to us. Apparently the message they get back is something along the lines of "No Such User"

I haven't heard anyone else saying they are having issues send emails to us so I am guessing it's most likely on their end? Any suggestions to try to troubleshoot this issue?

Have them send the NDR message to a mailbox outside your org that you can get to (like a GMAIL account). I suspect it's on their end, trying to send to a bad IP address.

I had them fax me over the NDR message they received.

"There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server. Please contact your administrator. <mail.theirdomain.com #5.5.0 smtp;550 <Myemailaddress@ourdomain.com> No user user here>

Look in your logs for that particular communication and see if you can see any other errors.
