Receiving Bug030 and Bug040...why?

We have been getting bug030 and bug040's for quite a while now. They print out intermittently throughout the day. This is on an Opt 81C w/ 25.40B. I would appreciate any ideas you could provide on this problem. Thanks

I've looked up the codes and know what they say, but we don't know what's causing them. I'm not sure what you mean when you ask is our CEQU "clean"? Thanks
