Is there any way that a user using Exchange 5.5 and Outlook 98 / 2000 can be included into somebody elses Outlook Calendar Reminders? We have booking systems for things like projectors and videoconferencing, which are set up as mailboxes which people invite to meetings. We want to trigger some sort of reminder from this into somebodies own echange mailbox, so that that somebody can go and set up the projector etc in time for the meeting.
Any ideas??
