Receiving a notice Possible Hijacker

This seems to be a new IE hijacker. I am working on an old windows 98 machine for a friend and it had a lot of adware on it. I was able to get rid of all but this last one Possible Hijacker. Doesn't seem to be much good info out there. I am using spybot search and destroy, I have run it in safe mode and normal with no success. Does nayone have any good ones for this new hijacker? Any help would be appreciated.

Run an online antivirus check from at least one and preferably 2 of the following sites....


make sure autoclean is enabled on the scans

If it says any files can't be cleaned, delete them
