receiver's info missing

Hi guys,

Advice needed.
We have a PO with several items, when view by "item line view" only one particular item we are not able to view receiver's info.
Error - nothing in range. How do I resolve this?

I would compare that item to the others in the item master and item location files and see if something is different. It might be something as simple as that part is set up as a maintenance item. If memory serves me some of the types do not print on the purchase orders.

IM trx history report, qty 15000 was received to RI location but the receiver missing
