Receiver goes to intercom when picked up.

When the receiver is picked up on ext 10 on a Partner ACS 509, it goes right to intercom instead of a line. I need it to pick an open outgoing line or ringing line. I know I am missing something but I can't remember this one.

Extn 10
then ** line 1, Line 2, left intercom, and right intercom. ( if you have more lines add them in before the intercoms)
