One of our receivers complains that every time he gets mail from our Exchange server 2007, the mails comes in doublets. It is 2 identical mails, only seperate is the size(one is 6 KB smaller) and the small one misses the internet header.

He complains, this is only happening from our domain, no other.

Other customers do not have doublets from us.

Since he complains that it only happens from our domain, it is reasonable to think it has something to do with our mail systems, an Exchange 2007 server.

Anyone have any ideas why we(?) send doublets to only one customer?

I had 2-3 cases like this, and always was Outlook cache in client's machine. Try to delete OST file (or complete cache), and see if helps.
