Received Time incorrect Timezone

We have recently installed Exchange 2000 and when we receive messages from people in different Timezones the Received Time in Outlook shows up as their local time. , not the Local Time on our Server.

Any Ideas?

The header of the message should be based on GMT. Is your server and the remote one set to the correct time zone? Dan
