Until this month our Received/NotInvoiced report took about 20 minutes to run. We have tried 3 or 4 times and after a couple of hours each time the report still hasn't come out.
Anyone know what the problem might be? We always use no starting date and current ending date is last month-end.
There is a TK article on customer source that says this prob is being looked into, but this is the first time we've encountered this problem and have not made any changes to the system.
