Hi,

Why is it that when I receive email from just one particular person, her message appears with all other stuff that i don't need (headers, HTML codes, etc)
I don't need those to show up. My coworker said that he's not getting anything like that from her... which setting should I mess with?

thanks.

Sounds like you are getting HTML mail that is not being interpreted correctly by Outlook. Since Outlook gets it's HTML reader from IE the first question would be is IE installed on your machine? joegz

Yes, IE is installed. I also noticed that the From: and To: fields do not get filled out. It happened only a few days ago... So now everytime I receive email from her, it does not show where it came from. It's seems like all the info are in the body of the message.
Here's what I am getting...

Received: from joe ([194.93.108.235])

followed by HTML codes. Hers is the only email that I am having trouble with. I have tried using RTF, HTML and plain text but the problem persists.

thanks in advance.

Rest assured it is not a problem from your end and changing the editor would have no effect on messages that you receive. I did find this article which explains what is going on with you (although it would still be a mystery as to why it appears correct for your associcate)

It IS a big mystery. She even tried sending me messages in plain text and I still get the above mentioned details minus the html codes.... I'm getting the messages fine in Outlook Express, though.
Oh, and I moved my email settings from Outlook Express to MS Outlook and then this started to happen. But is it that only messages from one person gets screwed up?
Any more insights?

thanks.
