Just to clarify -
You're sending mail to them, and it's bouncing back from their system?
If it's complaining about MX records, I'd verify that yours are correct (they likely are), and that reverse DNS entries are correct, and any published SPF records are correct. It looks to me like they are trying to do an MX record lookup for sender reputation.
