I have over 200 end users with most using Outlook. However, a few use Killer WebMail included with Imail.
A complaint that we get on rare occasions is a new email will come in and end up in the deleted folder. No reason on why or when. No filters or rules are in effect for these email boxes. The logs show them being received into the main folder.
Any explanation on why or how to fix.
