Received Fax Issues

BCM 400 r4.0 with all patches installed. Customer is having problems with faxes sent to their "fax DID" using Unified Messenger 2.5 and Outlook 2003. For the most part they only get a partial fax, 1 out of 2 pages, 2 out of 4, etc... if only a single page only a portion is legible. This is a sysytem that had been upgraded from 3.7...when at 3.7 the faxes worked fine using the Call Pilot Desktop 4.0. Any direction appreciated.

You might try on 1 PC as a test, uninstalling and then reinstall the client software, now that it's at 4.0.
